The "Colonica" house can be, upon request, subdivided in two completely independent letting accommodations.This large letting unit of approximately 170 mq is located at the first floor of the main villa, and it is composed of a living room, kitchen with fire-place and terrace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, double bedroom with poster bed and canopy, bathroom with tub and separate shower, bathroom with bathtub.
