"Binami is a small locality on the border of Tuscany –Umbria, on the Montepulciano Lake, at the beginning of the green VAL DI CHIANA.
The few houses that form the small village are located on the suggestive hill wich are covered by vineyards, woods, sunflowers and wheat fields and olive plants wich shows their secular past. All of this is found in the municipality of CASTIGLIONE DL LAGO (only 9km from Binami) in the county of Perugia (Umbria). The lake of Montepulciano (only 150 meters from the home) is located in the county of Siena (Tuscany).

The house is immersed in the green of the Natural Park of Lake of Montepulciano and it is situated in a splendid panoramic position. It has a splendid and suggestive sunsets view over the lake wich can be seen throug windows of the house as well as from the terrace and from the private garden.
During the summer, the sun plays with the reflections of the lake throug the leaves of secular oaks and tall cypresses. One can enjoys all this during a swim in the little private swiming pool, or taking a drink in the garden or in the terrace. In the warm colours yellow, red, and gold, one can feel himself part of this incontaminated nature.
All around one could find ideal places for fantastic walks in the nature and bird-watching.

WE RENT ONLY LONG PERIOD - MINIMUM ONE MONTH. The house: indipendant entrance, big terrace and small garden with panoramic view; at the ground-floor, living room with fireplace and nice furniture (sofas and armchairs); kitchen-dining room.
A corkscrew staircase brings to the first floor, where you find two bedrooms (one with double bed, the other with two separated beds) and the bathroom (with shower).
The house is fully equipped supplied with all the accessories: TV, radio, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, cooker, cutlery, electric heating, complete house linen, garden equipments and BBQ.
All the windows are equipped with mosquito nets.
