The villa is north facing toward the sea, so the pool area is in constant sunshine all day. If you prefer shade, however, you will find it on one of the terraces at different times of the day. There is a maid service twice per week. The village of Agia Triada is less than 10 minutes walk. Here you will find the local taverna (take your phrase book as the owners speak no english) Car hire is recommended, but pick up from Heraklion Airport can be arranged at a cost of 120euros return for 4 persons.
