The ground floor Kitchen/Dining/Living room is open plan with a well equipped kitchen, including microwave/grill, hob, large size fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, dining table and chairs, breakfast bar/3 stools, 2 sofas, coffee table and units with CD player and radio. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils and garden crockery, together with kettle, iron/ironing board.
Bedroom 1 on the groundfloor - twin bedded room with spacious fitted wardrobe. Showeroom with hand basin/vanity unit. Separate WC. Marble staircase to 1st floor.

Bathroom - bath/shower and double handbasin/vanity unit - separate WC. All bed linen and towels (not beach towels) provided. Laundering of bed linen and towels once a week is included in the price. A travel cot is available (no linen supplied).

Exterior: French doors with steps leading to garden with large wooden table, 6 wooden chairs, sunawning and chiminee brick built barbeque. There is a shaded car port for one car and parking for a second vehicle in front of the villa. Window and doors have modern exterior roller blinds - providing protection from the heat.The centre of the village is only a few minutes stroll on foot. There you will find 2 bakeries, a bar/cafe, butchers, newsagents/tabac, Cave at the end of the road. There is a market day once a week. Nearby Florensac is a short 10 minutes drive and has a Spar supermarket, garages, restaurants and pizzeria.
The Canal du Midi is nearby and the whole area is ideal for walking, cycling or boatrips.Marseillan Plage with lovely sandy beaches, is 15 minutes away and Marseillan near the Etang du Thau is famous for Oysters and Mussels, together with Adge a beautiful fishing port with winding streets and the lively Cap dAdge - beaches, harbour, waterside restaurants, huge water park Aqualand, water sports, casino, nightclubs, discos are approximately 30 minutes drive.
In Beziers 20 minutes drive there are numerous restaurants and pavement cafes. In August there is a huge street party. There are 3 golf courses with 15/45 minutes drive the nearest at St Thomas, Beziers.
Pezenas has the best street market in the region which takes place on Saturdays. Narbonne - Roman ruins and Gothic cathedral. Sete - bustiling historic harbour town and seafood restaurants. Montpellier - a beautiful historical university city - wonderful shops. Carcassonne a medieval walled city with spectacular performances during the summer.
