This is a well furnished 3 Bedroom apartment, in quiet area of Kapparis, but near tourist area of Protaras. The apartment is overlooking open countryside, Famagusta city & the Meditereanean to the right. It is a bright & tastefully furnished apartment with a well equipped kitchen. It has a large balcony , with beautiful patio furniture. . There is not a swimming pool on the site , but we have access to one closeby. The nearest beach , Firemans Beach, is only 5mins walk away, but there are other beaches very close(within walking distance) , some with water sports.Kapparis itself has a good choice of pubs & restaurants. Tonys restaurant is well known , where you can enjoy Cypriot nights with local music & dancing .Kapparis has 2 supermarkets , but there are bigger supermarkets 5 mins drive away. You are close to many attractions, including Waterworld in Ayia Napa, Cape Greco , the quaint fishing village of Potamos Liopetri, & the beautiful little church, Ayias Elias, up on the hill in Protaras. Protaras , a large tourist area is only 5 mins drive away . It has an abundance of tourist attractions , as well as the famous Fig Tree Bay. Ayia Napa is only 15 mins drive. Here you can laze on the beach, visit the harbour or the Monastery on the square or enjoy the famous night life. Paralimni, is the main shopping town, also 5mins away.It has a lovely central square with local archhitecture , cosmopolitan shops & pavement tavernas. Prices are reduced for Summer 2008
