Airhouse Villa is situated in an ideal location for all local amenities and is a few minutes drive to the village centre and particularly quiet and peaceful with panoramic views over three bays.. A welcome pack will be waiting when you arrive consisting of tea, coffee, eggs, bread, butter and juice etc. Our local English speaking agent will be on hand to offer advice and local knowledge including hire cars, day trips etc. The Villa will be cleaned and bedding changed once a week and the pool maintained daily. Regular cleaning of the apartment is arranged through our local English speaking agent in Kalkan - who is readily contactable in case of any difficulties. If you require extra cleaning this can also be arranged for a small charge. There is private parking with direct road access if you wish to hire a car. Car hire is recommended.

All main rooms are fully air conditioned. All external doors and windows have insect screens fitted and mosquito machines are available.

The lounge area is very spacious with 2 long 3/4 sofa beds and the villa has a well equipped fitted kitchen suitable for 6/7 people. There are 2 dining areas, one inside and another outside on the terrace surrounding the private infinity pool. The lounge and dining area open onto the covered balcony giving amazing panoramic views over Kalkan bay, Patara Beach and Kalamar Bay.

The private pool is easily accessed enabling a watchful eye to be kept on the children as they play. It is also enclosed by decorative railings making it less easy for children to wander off. The Mediterranean garden is very beautiful, set with olive trees, fruit trees and many exotic flowers.
This self catering vacation Villa is very well equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine, kettle, toaster, many cooking utensils. Additional items include a pushchair, portable cot, bottle sterilising unit, bottle warmer, CD player, sun beds and pool furniture and many other useful items including, pool toys, games, books and magazines, iron and ironing board, extra fan, hairdryer, sewing kit, medical kit, torches and candles.

One master bedroom has a double bed and the other master bedroom has 2 singles. The third bedroom has a single bed. Both master bedrooms open out onto the terrace overlooking the pool. All bedrooms have loads of storage space, walk-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, dressing tables, bedside tables, bedding and towels.

There is a large bathroom with bath and shower, furnished with vanity units for one master bedroom and a large fully tiled walk-in shower room, also with vanity units, for the second master bedroom.and another cloakroom on the main floor.

Further stairs lead up to the ceramic tiled roof terrace area and unimpeded views to the sea. This is a really special place to catch up with your sun tan, and also an opportunity to experience the amazing panoramic views of Kalkan harbour, Patara beach and Kalamar bay. At night the roof terrace gives you all the romantic skylines you desire and is certainly the place to watch the moon rising!
