RATES INCLUDE: Towels, bed linen, gas, electricity, heating, cold air fans, & initial apartment servicing.
DEPOSIT: 25% payable on booking. Balance due no later than 8 weeks before departure.
KEY/BREAKAGES DEPOSIT: An additional £100 deposit (payable with balance) is also required, refunded 14 days after return, provided keys have been returned & no breakages/losses have been incurred.
CHANGEOVER DAY: Saturday (although other days may be possible in Low Season - please ask).
ARRIVAL TIME: Any time after 2pm.
