Marmaris is a township of the city of Muğla and is only 1 hour 20min from the Dalaman International Airport by bus. Eagle’s Nest vacation rental villa is on top of the hill where the Castle is situated. This area is known as the old Marmaris since it is made of old typical, sympathetic Marmaris houses. Eagle’s Nest is 5 minutes walking distance from the Marmaris Netsel Marina, 5 Minutes walking distance from the bar street as well as the shopping area. You will not need to drive a car for anything!

The property is made of two individual houses that are connected with an atrium. The larger house has two bedrooms with two twin beds and two bathrooms, a kitchen and a dine in area, a living room, a laundry room, an attic, a balcony (view is below), and a backyard (where you can sip your drink under the shade of a mulberry tree). The smaller house has two bedrooms with two twin beds and a bathroom in each room. The top of the house is a large terrace with 270o view of the Marmaris bay. The houses can be rented seperately as well.
