The immaculately presented apartment sleeps 4 and comprises of a lounge with a dining area, twin sofa bed, CD player, TV and DVD. The totally new kitchen area has the benefit of a gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There are two well furnished bedrooms; one double and one twin, both with built in wardrobes. There is a full modern bathroom with a bath and a good shower. The apartment has a private balcony with pleasant views and is furnished with a table and four chairs. The apartment has a covered reserved parking space. As our guest you are eligible for membership of the ‘Club de Tenis De La Barrosa’, which is only 100 metres from the grounds of the apartment, on the other side of an adjacent park. The club has tennis courts and a restaurant open all year, and an outdoor swimming pool open in high season. The apartment is ideally situated between a quiet pinewood and a tranquil park; which has a small area for children’s activities. It is about ten minutes walk from the magnificent La Barrosa beach.
This blue flag beach extends about 8 kilometres and has been described as one of the best beaches in the region. There are a number of bars and restaurants close to the beach and the apartment.
The Novo Sancti Petri development with bars, shops, restaurants and a golf course is less than two miles from the apartment.
The town of Chiclana. with a host of restaurants, bars and shops is about ten minutes drive away.
The region has a host of interesting places to visit. Just a few are :-
Jerez – famous for its sherry and brandy bodegas and for shows featuring the white stallions of Andalucia.
Seville – with cathedrals, ancient buildings, theatres, parks and museums.
Vejer – an arab-andalucian town with the white beauty of its narrow steep streets and the folk tradition of its ‘veiled women’.
Gibraltar – only just over an hour away by car.
Aqua park – near to Puerto de Santa Maria, less than twenty minutes away by car.
Donana National park - less than thirty minutes by car. It is the most important nature reserve in Europe with over 250 species of wild birds and animals such as red deer, fallow deer, wild boar, mongoose and lynx.
Golf Course - designed by Severiano Ballesteros is only 5 minutes away by car.
Tarifa - about 45 minutes drive away. You can take a boat to go whale and dolphin watching or visit Morocco by hydrofoil. It is also Europe’s premier windsurfing and kite surfing region.
