The bright sun, vivid colours, crystal sea and golden sandy beaches, silver coloured moon and the pure beauty of the untamed natural landscape- these are the features which have sculptured the emerald Greek island Lefkada.
Lefkada is surrounded by blue waters with white endless sandy beaches, mostly in the west. The east is dominated by the green Prigiponissia with its picturesque anchorages and its sandy gulfs.
The safe sea and the several small islands with natural resorts on the eastside of the island offer ideal conditions for sailing, while the modern facilities for anchorage make the place ideal. Diving, sailing and windsurfing are available at the watersportcentres in Nydri, Vasiliki and Ai Yiannis in the city of Lefkada.

Villa Marcelina is located about 45 metres from the sea and about 20 metres above sea level on 4.500 sqm of land. The architectural style of the villa and the interior decoration is modern. A private driveway brings you to the villa. There is direct access to the sea, where a wooden deck is built for the exclusive use of our guests to sunbath or to swim or fish into the Sea.

When entering the villa you arrive in a very spacious L-shaped living room, with the living area in one part and the dining area and kitchen in the other. Both the living room and dining room have two French windows which lead to a beautiful veranda. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee machine.

The design of the veranda and the proximity to the sea gives a magnificent panoramic view of almost 270°. From the living area you have access to spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas with beautiful sea views. The living rooms and bedrooms have air-conditioning.
A staircase takes you to the first floor which also has two double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower), and separate veranda. These two bedrooms can be linked to each other.

At basement level there is separate studio with a bedroom with sofa/couch and beautiful veranda Here is a small living area with dining table and a kitchenette equipped with cooking plate and refrigerator. The veranda and living can also be used to take refreshments or shelter from sunbathing.

Outside there is a spacious sunbathing area around a private swimming pool (50 sqm) to a depth of 1.60 metres
