Villa Marina is located to the South of the Island Lefkada close to Syvota. The sheltered anchorage at Syvota makes it a favourite with the boating set and boasts a large number of fish taverns to satisfy their needs. Nestled in a picturesque wooded valley the resort, which has no beach, is much quieter by day than at night when the sailors come out to play.
Vasiliki is a windsurfer's paradise with a long beach and a harbour full of taverns and shops.

Villa Marina has a private driveway with parking space for 2 cars and is situated within 4,500 square metres of land, which ensures maximum privacy. There is a private swimming pool and, for sea bathers, there is direct access to a platform at the sea coast for the exclusive use of our guests.
There is so much to see, whether you are sitting on the large verandas, the terraces around the swimming pool, or even from within the living room or bedrooms an amazing panoramic view of the sea is revealed. A steady stream of boats and yachts pass by all day long and the surrounding scenery is delightful. The ever-changing natural light reflecting off the mountains of mainland Greece and the nearby islands is enchantingly atmospheric.

When entering the villa you arrive in a very spacious living room. There is an open fire in the middle of the room where two French windows lead to a sheltered veranda which runs along the full breadth of the living room. The open kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, dish washing machine, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
From the living area you have access to spacious double bedrooms with large closets (with a safe in one bedroom), each with en suite bathrooms (bath/shower) and individual verandas with beautiful sea views.

On each side of the villa there is a majestic staircase that takes you to the ground floor, and a further two double bedrooms with large closets, en suite bathrooms (bath/shower), and individual verandas offering beautiful views to the sea and out to the swimming pool.
Located within a spacious sunbathing area (some 200 sqm) is a private swimming pool . (36 sqm).

There is direct access to the sea-coast where a wooden deck is built for the exclusive use of our guests. This allows you to sunbath in all privacy at the sea coast or to swim into the Sea

The living area and all bedrooms have air-conditioning. The decoration is contemporary, light with original teak furniture, and includes a Sat TV, stereo audio, DVD and BBQ.
