Our beautifully maintained villa is situated 7 minutes drive from Fuengirola, which offers a multitude of bars, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches. Nearby is El Coto (3 min drive) which offers 4 restaurants and bars, supermarket, chemist, pizza take away and boutique.
The villa is a 3 bedroom bungalow style villa, all the bedrooms have air conditioning/heating the master bedroom has a bathroom en suite. The other bedrooms (one double and one twin) share the other full bathroom. The bedrooms are all spacious and the main bedroom has a king size double bed. Two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading onto terrace and garden. The lounge is spacious with open fireplace, Satellite TV, video, stereo and dining area. The lounge also has two patio doors, one onto garden and the other to BBQ area. Open plan modern kitchen with breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave and dishwasher. Door to BBQ area and garden. There is a utility room with washing machine.
