Villa - House to rent in Nr Boliqueime Algarve Portugal

Casa Da Vista is a 3 bedroom villa located in the village of Alfontes between the towns of Boliqueime and the market town of Loule. The villa is set in its own grounds with views across Vilamoura and the central Algarve coast. Faro airport is approx 25mins away by hire car or taxi, and the villa is only 5 mins off the main motorway A22 (formerly IP1) that runs along the Algarve and up to Lisbon.

Casa Da Vista is set in it’s own grounds and has a private pool, beautiful gardens, sun terraces, barbeque house and table tennis patio, it has a large parking area to the rear with garage. The villa itself consists of 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom is located across the entire top floor with en-suite and private enclosed terrace, ideal for evening cocktails. A further double bedroom is located on the ground floor which opens out onto a raised terraced area. The twin room is also located on the ground floor and is mainly sheltered from the sun and so tends to remain a cool haven. A cot and ‘Z’ bed are also available should they be required - ideal for sleeping 2 young children in the annex to the master bedroom upstairs.

The villa is self contained with everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday, including all patio furniture and sun loungers. However, should you feel the need to explore, the cosmopolitan golfing and marina town of Vilamoura is only a 20 min drive, the beaches and coast 20 mins and the market town of Loule is only 15 mins away. The villa is also ideally situated to explore the more rugged inland countryside.


When the sun is shining the pool terrace and barbeque area are suntraps to the sun-worshiper, however should you need to cool off take advantage of either of the upper shaded terraces where you can enjoy to a cool beer whilst taking in the view. Or of course you could take a dip in the pool. In the evenings it is very pleasant to take advantage of the barbeque which is situated in it’s own house adjacent to the pool and afterwards try your hand at a spot of table tennis. Alternatively, there are bars and restaurants locally to explore and sample, these offer traditional Portuguese cuisines and the chance to mingle amongst the local clientele.

The gardens and swimming pool of Casa Da Vista are regularly maintained, the villa will be cleaned weekly and towels provided. The kitchen is fully furnished incl 2 fridges, microwave, oven and dishwasher, and a laundry room complete with washing machine, tumble drier and iron is available for your use. There is also a lounge/ dining room complete with sofas and dining table.
