Our Brand New 5 Bedroom/4 Bathroom Luxury vacation home is located on the prestigious resort of Tuscan Hills on Highway 27. Our home has a distinct mediteranian feel on the outside with terracotta roof, light coloured walls and lots of foliage around our home.
Inside we have created a luxury feel to our home, trying to incorporate all items for comfort and relaxation during your stay!
We have a large South facing pool with jacuzzi, child safety fence around the pool (easy to remove if not required) and lots of comfortable seating on the deck area, ready for you to relax in the Florida sunshine!
We have a large family area equipped with 3 large leather sofas for your rest and relaxation times, infront on a 42" plasma TV with cable channels for all your entertainment.
We have a fully equipped kitchen including a necessity of ice maker compartment in the fridge freezer for those cool refreshing drinks by the pool!
We have two dining tables (one in the dining area and one in the nook) to comfortably seat all guests for any mealtimes.
We have 2 King Size Master Suites each have their own ensuites and each have access to the pool area. Each of these bedrooms are equipped with LCD TV's for your conveinience, along with walk in wardrobe space for all those special items you have bought.
The 3rd Bedroom is a Queen Size bedroom and also has LCD TV, wardrobes and Ensuite area.
The 4th and 5th Bedrooms have been designed identically. Each have triple bunk beds (single bed over double beds), TV/DVD combis and also PS2 with games and DVD's and share the 4th bathroom area.
From May/June 06 we will have completed the installation of our Games Room, which will be fully equipped with Pool Table, Air Hockey Table and Fooseball Table. This room will have large fans to keep you cool whilst enjoying playing your choice of games.
Tuscan Hills has easy access to all your requirements on a vacation. We are approx. 10 minutes away from Disney, 20 minutes to Sea World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios/Islands of Adventure.
We have major grocery shops 2 and 5 minutes away from our home and numerous restaraunts and shops also only minutes away from our home.
Our resort of Tuscan Hills will also offer many amenities such as, Tennis, Volleyball, Gym, Tots Lot, Palm Garden, Club House and there will also be a on site restaraunt for your convenience.
