It is ideal for walking , hiking and relaxation amidst huge pine forests with sparkling brooks, many deer and clean air , yet close to many places of interest like Trier, the oldest German town with many Roman remains, Luxembourg and Alsace. The Moselle valley with castles, the "German Gemstone Route" with a gemstone mine for visitors and many other highlights are nearby. |

| Notes from the owner/agent | We charge 20 % of the total rental rate to confirm a booking. When guests want to book, we e-mail a temporary reservation confirmation together with our bank details . The deposit should then be transfered within 2 weeks . As soon as we have received the deposit, we e-mail the booking confirmation. If we do not receive the deposit within 3 weeks after the temporary reservation confirmation has been e-mailed, we re-let the house otherwise . In case of cancellation we charge 80 % of the daily rental rate for each day during which the house cannot be re-let to anyone else , we strongly recommend a cancellation insurance .
If the holiday accommodation is cancelled from the hosts´ side for any urgent reason, the deposit will certainly be refunded.
