It is situated in the heart of the city, draw close to the two main towers of Bologna Asinelli and Garisenda, in the XIV century antique "palazzo" called CASA LUPARI, from the name of the noble family who built and owned it in the past.
It the Palazzo there is also a tiny Chapel dedicated to a Saint called Ludovico Morbioli who lived in this house from 1470.
The original wood parquet and the wooden 1400 frescoed ceilings, would give to this apartment a touch of magnificence even without its antique fornitures. The ensemble is very cozy and warm.
The main entrance gives to a spacious living-room with a chimney surrounded by a sofa and two armchairs, TV, and a writing corner with a double sofa-bed.
