The price is for the appartmet for 7 persons. The price for the two 6-persons appartment is the same. For the 4-persons appartment the price is 550 euros in july and august.

La Colonie’ is situated in grounds measuring 6 hectares. There is a lounging area to the right of the building and various monumental trees adjacent to it. A 6 x 12 m swimming pool is located in the courtyard. In the evening you can sit outside the house, glass of wine in hand, and watch the sun go down with the twitter of birds and croak of frogs in the background. With a bit of luck you might even glimpse the owl fly across the field and bats flitting in the dusk. Every Monday there is a colourful market in Samatan that is definitely worth a visit.

Between 1930 and the beginning of 1960 our property housed a children’s camp. It is a large farm with a surface area of approximately 1,000m². A part of our property has been restored and now contains three apartments. In the restoration, we have retained the beauty and the history of the original property in features such as the flagstone flooring, the wooden floors, fireplaces etc.
