The bus station is reachable in 1/2 minutes walk. Communal pool, riding school and tennis courts are reachable in a 10/15 minutes walk

The apartment was the large living room of the villa, there is now inside a dividing wall with two archs.
Suitable for two people, the apartment has an independent entrance and a huge panoramic terrace with outdoor furniture for dining outside or sunbathing or enjoying the breathtaking views of the vineyard, of the valley and of the distant mountains.
The quiet and relaxing place rich in fairy tale atmosphere could be ideal for a honeymoon, however, if you have a baby it is possible to arrange baby bed.

BARGA is on the hills, 35 km far from Lucca. An important centre of the Garfagnana, it has wonderful views of the whole area and the town itself is a charming network of narrow streets, archways and winding stairways.
The upper (and older) part of the town is to be explored on foot and has all sorts of hidden alleyways and tight staircases leading to who knows where - the streets play host to an unusual 'Living Nativity' pageant each Christmas.The town grew up around an ancient Lombard castle and was surrounded by a wall with three separate gates.
Italian Touring Club has recently assigned the "orange flag" of the "Migliori borghi d'Italia" ("Best villages of Italy"), a distinguished sign recognizing the peculiarity of its beauty and of its quality.
