Although a car is recommended to obtain maximum benefits from this beautiful area, it is not really necessary as the villa is within an easy 15 minutes’ walk of the beaches, bars, shops and restaurants of Moraira and lies only 200 mts from the nearest supermarket and small commercial centre.

A few steps lead from the drive and garage up to the villa where the accommodation is set on one level. Inside, the house has been stylishly decorated, mixing modern and traditional styles to give it a contemporary feel.

The lounge is comfortably furnished, light and airy and has many nice features; beamed ceiling and local ‘Tosca’ stone arches and fireplace - with gas, log effect, fire. There is TV (free to air Sky satellite channels) and video/DVD, hi-fi unit and C/D player, plus numerous videos, board games and books for adults and children.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped to cater for six or more and is linked to the living room via a large, wood encased arch. Appliances include a microwave oven with grill, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, juicer, toaster, mixer, electric kettle, electric oven and a 4-burner, gas hob.

The master bedroom is a good size. It is tastefully decorated and has twin beds and fitted cupboards. It also has an en suite, full bathroom (shower unit, bidet, WC, bath with shower attachment and double washbasins) and double doors that lead on to the covered terrace and down to the pool area. Two other bedrooms, each furnished with twin beds and fitted cupboards share a shower room.

The covered and arched sun terrace runs almost the full length along the front of the villa. This terrace is comfortably furnished with table and chairs and, looking over the swimming pool, takes in the lovely views over the valley to the sea. A doorway at the end of the terrace leads to the garden, pool and all outside facilities and ensures that small children are easily kept away from the pool area when not supervised. Further gates at both ends of the pool terrace provide further security.
