Kitchen: Electric cooker, Fridge/Freezer, microwave, dish washer and many other electrical appliances.
Dining areas: You have a choice of dining areas, either inside, where there is a dining area and seating for 8 people, or on the terrace in front of the pool.
Sitting room: Seating for 8 in the spacious lounge. English and French TV, CD player. From 2008 we can also offer internet connection.
Bedrooms: Two double and two twin. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and has an ensuite shower. The three other bedrooms are situated on the 1st floor, and share a bathroom with separate toilet.
Bathrooms: One bathroom upstairs and one ensuite shower room next to bedroom 1. There is also a separate toilet on each floor.
Outside: There is an 8m x 5m swimming pool which is alarmed. Also there is access to the garage where the washing machine is kept. The house has a large terrace at the front around the swimming pool, are there are loungers and many tables and chairs.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the rental period.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks – 50% of the rate refunded.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
A security deposit of Euro 1000 is also required on arrival. Electricity and water are included.
Bed linen and towels can be supplied for Euro 15 and Euro 8 per person per week.
