Bathroom: Downstairs bathroom with separate toilet, with shower room and additional toilet upstairs.
Bedrooms: Downstairs there is a twin bedded room and a double and second twin bedded room upstairs.
Outside: Enclosed garden with lawns, fruit trees and barbecue and a shady terrace area for dining or just enjoying a cool drink. Sun loungers and garden furniture.
Suitability: non smoking, suitable for elderly, Pets welcome as enclosed garden.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the rental period.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks – 50% of the rate refunded.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
A security deposit of Euro 300 is also required on arrival.
Electricity and water are included.
Bed linen and towels can be supplied on request for Euro 15 and Euro 8 per person per week.
Payment via Paypal can be accepted.
We also offer a taxi service from the airports and Les Arcs, which is our local TGV station. Car hire can be organised locally if you don't fancy the trip along the motorway.
We can also get some shopping for your arrival, just send us an email with your requirements. Also we can supply delivered meals to order, so please ask for our menus.
