This property is situated in the St. Jean area of Regusse which is approximately 2km from the main village.
It is a large villa set off the road in a large plot of land, with an 10m x 5m swimming pool. It has a large sun terrace, with loungers, dining table and chairs.
Facilities and accommodation
Kitchen: Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, microwave, dish washer and many other electrical appliances.
Dining areas: You have a choice of dining areas, either inside, where there is a small conservatory area next to the kitchen, or on the terrace in front of the pool, or under the trees to the side of the house.
Sitting room: Seating in the lounge. French TV, CD player.
Bedrooms: There are two double bedrooms in the main part of the house, with a further three bedrooms in the mezzanine. This is entered through a separate entrance from the garage. Also here is there is a toilet and handbasin. In the main part of the house is the shower and toilet.
Outside: There is an 10m x 5m swimming pool which is alarmed. Also there is access to the garage where you can enter the other bedrooms. The house has a large terrace at the front around the swimming pool, are there are loungers and many tables and chairs.

A 20% deposit is required to confirm the booking, with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before the rental period.
Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks – no cancellation charge.
4-8 weeks – 50% of the rate refunded.
2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks – no refund.
A security deposit of Euro 1000 is also required on arrival.
Electricity and water are included.
Bed linen and towels can be supplied on request for Euro 15 and Euro 8 per person per week.
Payment via Paypal can be accepted.
We also offer a taxi service from the airports and Les Arcs, which is our local TGV station. Car hire can be organised locally if you don't fancy the trip along the motorway.
We can also get some shopping for your arrival, just send us an email with your requirements. Also we can supply delivered meals to order, so please ask for our menus.
