The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 3 double beds, two bunk beds and two pull out
couches. There is a full kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It is a large
kitchen living room area, total space is 900sq ft. It is an upper level
cottage, the lower level is our garage/storage area. We have a 70' long
protected dock if you are bringing a boat a floating dock and also another dock just for
sitting on or swimming off of. The lake out front is shallow and nice for
swimming. We have a bbq and a fire pit.

| Notes from the owner/agent | We rent from Friday to Friday. Check in 3pm, check out by noon. We offer
a 10% discount on any rentals over 3 weeks and the rental fee is $1000 per
week, 50% non refundable deposit upon booking and the balance one week before arrival
to the cottage. Money order, cash , certified cheque or paypal(there is a fee for this service) electronic funds transfer.
