2 BEDROOM HOLIDAY HOME – sleeps 6 people - bedroom 1 has queen size bed and doors to patio. Bedroom 2 has two single beds and room for a third bed or baby's cot if required. Living room has fireplace, dining area, double sofa-bed and doors to garden. Fully equipped, modern kitchen and bathroom. Patio with gas barbecue, table and chairs. High-chair and play-pen available at no extra charge. TV, DVD player, selection of board games and books for those quiet evenings in front of the fireplace, we supply the firewood!
We have recently installed a 24' swimming pool for our guests to enjoy during the hot summer months and also a 8-person Jacuzzi hot-tub for the year round enjoyment of our visitors
We have some small farm animals on our farm - ducklings, chicks and some baby pygmy goats - the baby goats are popular with children and love to make friends with our guests.
We have a river for fishing and we even supply the fishing tackle - we have all you will need - you just need bait!
St. Thomas retains all the charm of a small town and is a community known for friendly people, easy, inexpensive living in safe neighbourhoods with abundant, accessible parkland and community facilities and by car you can explore this beautiful area of Southern Ontario, which has beaches, several wineries, quaint villages and Golf Courses.
Although Sunnybrook Farm is quiet and secluded, we are just a 5 minute drive from the centre of the town of St Thomas.
Visitor information services, supermarkets, attractions and both casual and fine dining facilities are all nearby.
