The Duke's Apartment is a quality, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self-contained, air-conditioned, apartment in a resort style apartment complex in Wellington Street, Perth. This apartment is located in the complex next to the Viscount Suite complex, making them convenient for families needing two 3 bedroom apartment accommodation. This apartment has a generous internal area of 98 m2 with 12 m2 of balcony.
The local precinct contains restaurants, shops, and several hotels and is a short walk to the Swan River foreshore
The apartment is totally self contained (including linen and towels) with a lagoon style swimming pool, gym, sauna, jacuzzi and bar-b-que set in a tropical setting of waterfalls and palm trees. The swimming pool area contains an additional shower, toilet and communal lounge.
The accommodation also offers an under-cover, secure car park at no extra charge. The apartment has one queen bed in the master bedroom, and two single beds in each of the other bedrooms, providing generous accommodation for 6 adults but we can put up a folding bed and a cot, if required. All the beds have a doonna with fresh cotton covers which are washed after every guest stay.

Towels, vacuum cleaner, ironing board and iron are provided but maid service is available, on request, for a small additional charge.
