Casa Ladera is located on the pine clad slopes of 'Montgo' National Park and green belt area with views across the valley. The backdrop is the famous 'Montgo' mountain which is as spectacular as the views from our south facing villa.
The villa is built in the Spanish `Finca' style, and is mainly on one level. The 2500m.sq. plot includes parking for four to five cars; gardens run along both front and rear of the villa, with exotic palm and cactus trees. An citrus orchard leads to the tennis court. There is an 8m x 4m swimming pool with a spacious, private sunbathing terrace, plus a well appointed BBQ with it's own large terraced seating area.
A spacious `Naya' runs along the South-facing front of the villa and has traditional `Tosca' arches; this is where you will find a welcoming cool evening breeze and a place to relax with your favourite glass of wine. An entrance from the Naya leads to an `L' shaped lounge/dining room with an open fire for the winter months. To the right of the lounge is the Master, king en-suite bedroom, to the left of the dining area is a further five bedrooms, 2 double and three twin, all have ceiling or mobile fans. A guest bathroom and separate shower room, the kitchen is modern and well equiped. All rooms are tastefully furnished to a high standard.
