The two-bedroomed apartment, sleeping 3 to 4, is on the first floor of a traditional old building overlooking the Calle Ca' Foscari canal. Surrounded by beautiful Venetian landmarks such as the Accademia Galleries, the Church of Frari and the old School of San Rocco, it sits in a quiet yet lively area, full of restaurants, mouth watering bakers and patisseries and some lovely little shops. Everything at Apartment Ca' Foscari is designed to give you a relaxing break, with excellent standards of comfort and service.

This newly restored holiday apartment comprises a small hallway, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with king-size bed, a single room with bed and sofa bed, and a light and airy bathroom with shower. Bed linen, towels and blankets are provided, and you will find complimentary refreshment in your room on arrival, to help you relax after your journey to Venice.

The apartment is very easy to reach from the railway station or the car park (at Piazzale Roma), on foot or by the Vaporetto water taxis, as well as from the airport.

The flat has central heating and ceiling fans; there is a dining room table with seating for four; there is TV, video, radio and a cassette player. The kitchen has a toaster, freezer and fridge, and there is a high chair available. For your laundry there is a nearby laundrette and an iron and ironing board is provided. The living room has one sofa and seating for three. Children are welcome and the changeover day can be set to suit you.

And of course you are situated right in the centre of historic Venice, with the Calle Ca'Foscari giving onto the Grand Canal. Yours to explore are the 117 islands, 150 canals, and 409 bridges that comprise Venice. This city is an intricate maze that you'll love losing yourself in - some of the most unexpected architectural delights are to be found this way, but there are a few things you must see.

Nightly rental is from €110 for up to three guests, and from €135 for up to four. This includes final cleaning, and there are special rates at certain times of the year or for longer vacations.
