Our Family Room has cable TV, DVD, and ceiling fan, open plan with the fully equipped eat-in Kitchen which has all modern appliances, including microwave, ice-making fridge, filter coffee maker, blender, telephone and good quality crockery and cutlery for twelve place settings, plus, of course, an English teapot! There is a breakfast table seating 4.

The ground floor Master Bedroom benefits from a spacious en-suite with huge walk-in shower cubicle. This is furnished with a US Queen size bed, cable TV, ceiling fan, telephone, and alarm-clock radio. Sliding glass doors offer access as well as a perfect view of the pool, deck and conservation area beyond.

The Queen bedroom is located to the rear of the villa and very conveniently adjacent to the family bathroom on the first floor. Tastefully furnished with a US queen size bed, ceiling fan and alarm clock radio and has another lovely view overlooking the pool and conservation area.

The 2 twin bedrooms each with 2 two twin/single beds are situated side-by-side at the front of the villa overlooking the front garden. Both twin rooms have TV/DVDs PLUS PLAYSTATION AND 30 GAMES with ample closet space and storage chests.

The family bathroom with full size bath, shower, vanity sink and WC is located on the first floor.

In addition our villa offers a further half bathroom on the ground floor comprising vanity sink and wc.

With even better in-house entertainment for the children, young and older alike, with SWIRL-BALL, AIR-HOCKEY and FOOSBALL tables in addition to TWO PLAYSTATIONS with assorted games and toybox for the little ones. The fully screened and heatable south-facing pool has a wonderful conservation view plus tall Hibiscus hedge to the side for added privacy to the extended sunbathing deck. The pool ranges from 3feet to 5feet deep, and has been enhanced with underwater lighting and tropical planters. The spacious sunbathing deck is furnished with sun loungers, padded chairs in typical Floridian colours, side tables and patio dining table and chairs, plus a charcoal BBQ for alfresco dining. With a natural conservation area to the rear and Hibiscus hedge along the side of the pool for added privacy - its definitely a location for chilling out! The covered lanai offers shade during the afternoon and has outside lighting for evening use.

It is quite safe for the children to kick a ball about or play tennis/cricket etc outside the screened area in the garden, which is laid to lawn.

A great location for the parks but also idyllic for a little R 'n' R too. The area is stacked with department stores, supermarkets and restaurants. A huge 24-hour Wal*Mart Supercentre selling everything you could possibly need from fresh bread to electrical goods is just 2 minutes away. Nearby Osceola Parkway is a ($1.75) toll road that runs parallel to Highway 192, you couldn't wish for a more straight forward route to Disney which is just 10 miles.

Highway 192 is also only a short drive and offers lots of shopping, sight seeing, fun and adventure and don't forget Old Town - especially on Saturday night.

Florida Mall is only 20 minutes away where you can shop 'til you drop.

And not to be missed THE LOOP on Osceola Parkway. Where you will find some great stores including JC Penney, Kolh's, Ross, Bed Bath & Beyond and Old Navy, in addition to the Regal Cinema, and plenty of places to eat.
