In winter, it is one of the smartest ski resorts in North America, with magnificent skiing on the Ten Mile Range at 10,000-12,000 ft (3,050 – 3,660 m). and in summer, a glorious array of sports such as golf, tennis, sailing, horse-riding, white water rafting, hiking and fly-fishing – a paradise for children and adults alike.

Rock House is situated on a no-through road in the prestigious Highlands area of Breckenridge and backs straight onto the golf course with its mountain views beyond. It is a quiet location, yet only around 15 minutes drive to the centre of town and the ski lifts and less than 10 minutes drive to the Golf Club and leisure centre.

It is possible to accommodate a small number of additional children, subject to discussion. There is a comfortable Living Room with a dining area; a separate Family Room with wide-screen TV, DVD, surround–sound etc. and its own wet bar; a hot-tub on an outside terrace; a study area with PC and high-speed internet access on the mezzanine floor; and a 3-car garage which doubles as a games room in summer.

No Pool, but a Hot Tub. There is a large pool at the nearby leisure centre with sailing and kayaking at Dillon, a 20-minute drive away.
