| Notes from the owner/agent | A non-refundable deposit of £100 will be required at time of booking. In addition a security deposit of £100 will be required on payment of the holiday balance. This will be lodged against any damage or breakages during the agreed holiday period. On completion of your holiday an inspection of the apartment will be carried out. If all is found to be satisfactory your security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your return. Prices are based on up to 4 people sharing. Prices do NOT include flights, holiday insurance, Turkish entry visa costs (£10 per person at time of going to press) or airport transfers although transfers can be arranged on your behalf at an additional cost. The balance of the holiday is to be paid ( when possible) 90 days before the departure date. If a booking is made that is within the 90 day period the full balance will be payable immediately. In the event of cancellation once the balance has been paid the following penalties will apply. This will be based on when the date of the cancellation is received (either by e-mail or in writing).
