Villa Description
The villa has a private swimming pool, 4 bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin room, 1 double sofa-bed/2nd lounge room) which all have air conditioning/heating. All the bedrooms have a wonderful sea view with balconies/terraces. 2 bathrooms plus guest w.c./shower and laundry area with washing machine, iron, ironing board etc.
The lounge and dining area are open plan and very spacious with plenty of seating and a TV, satellite and DVD for entertainment.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all the appliances, including dishwasher, microwave and utensils you need to cook a meal for family or friends.
The lounge has 3 sets of patio doors opening out onto the covered terrace and looking out onto the pool. There is plenty of seating on the terrace to sit and relax and take in the beautiful mountain and sea views and to watch some of the most spectacular sunsets you will ever see!

The area benefits from a beautiful year round climate and is comprised of busy market towns. The whole area is steeped in history, with many ancient sites to visit.
Bodrum - is a pretty and a busy town on the Aegean Sea, it is a fascinating peninsula dotted with villages, all with their own particular charm, character and atmosphere. Firstly it is the ancient city of Halicarnassos – with ruins and historical monuments, including ancient castle and amphitheatre. Local people are friendly and relaxed.
Yalikavak – Typical fishing village with stunning scenery. Here life is tranquil and moves at a slower pace than the more touristy areas. Yalikavak has a stunning marina, moored with the finest yachts. The marina area also has fine restaurants and bars. Yalikavak is the place for best fish restaurants overlooking the bay. There is a great market on Thursdays.
Bodrum a shopper's paradise and cosmopolitan all year round holiday . Haggle for 14 carat gold, leather goods or (fake) designer clothes at a fraction of UK prices. Or alternatively take the ferry to Kos for the day, or down to Marmaris.
Bodrum caters for everybody of every age. Explore the castle, the mausoleum and museums. Bodrum is steeped in history dating back to eleventh century and the Knights of St John. Perhaps go to Ephesus or Pamukkale
By day Bodrum bustles with activity, in and around the shops or by the harbour and marina. After dark, Bodrum comes alive with waterside restaurants and cafes, clubs and bars and of course Halikarnas …..The largest open-air club in Europe featuring top international artists and djs.
