This beautiful villa is located within the lovely quiet beach location of Yesilkent. The villa is only a 2 minute walk to 2 wonderful beaches with their own local restaurants, an excellent location for a relaxing holiday for families, couples or group of friends sharing, with the lively centre of Alktinkum only 10 mins way by bus or taxi.

Set within a small luxury private complex, this excellent accommodation has beautiful landscaped gardens, 2 large pools (over 30m long), 2 childrens pools, tennis court, basketball court, children's play area and 24 hr security. The living space throughout is light, airy and spacious with lovely decor and is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. All rooms have remote control air conditioning (no extra cost).

On the ground floor there is a spacious entrance hall with a downstairs cloakroom, leading to a fabulous open plan lounge which is contemporary furnished with ample seating and has satellite TV & DVD. Patio doors lead to the sunny veranda which has a great size dining table (seats 6) for wonderful al fresco dining. The new kitchen is fitted with cherry wood units and marble work surfaces, a cooker (gas hob), washing machine, American style fridge/freezer, water bottle, kettle and toaster. An iron & ironing board is also provided for your convenience.

On the first floor you will find 1 large double bedroom with ensuite shower & 1 large twin (2 single beds) with a family size bathroom (shower & jacuzzi bath). Each bedroom has its own set of double patio doors that open onto the first floor terrace, where you will find a small table & set of chairs to sit and enjoy the views.

On the top floor you will find the master penthouse-style double bedroom with large ensuite shower room and direct access to the privately enclosed spacious roof-top terrace with sunloungers: the perfect place to sunbath during the day or relax with a cool drink watching the sun go down in the evening.
