Luxury Self-catering accommodation in Turkey
We have two three-bedroom luxury self-catering holiday apartments in Turkey available for holiday let. The accommodation is situated in the beautiful olive groves of Turunc with landscaped gardens and swimming pool. The apartments can be found in the secluded outskirts of the small fishing village of Turunc, yet are near enough to access the local restaurants and shops. The beach is a 10-minute walk away.
There are panoramic views of the surrounding mountains & countryside from every window. To the back of the apartments, there is a wonderful view of the unspoilt olive groves and mountains. To the front, there is a fantastic view across the village of Turunc to the sea.
There are two floors in each apartment, comprising of 3 bedrooms & sleeping 8 in the lower apartment, 6 in the upper apartment, (1 King size double bed, 4 single beds, 1 bunk in lower apartment) & 2 bathrooms. Both have a luxury fitted kitchen with a spacious dining room & sitting room. All rooms have air conditioning.
The three bedrooms of the lower apartment are on ground level; the main bedroom has patio doors leading out to a balcony & garden area & steps to the large swimming pool. The pool has plenty of surrounding sunbathing area with sun beds & umbrellas. There are two further twin-bedded rooms.
The lower apartment has three balconies, two to the front of the property with views of the swimming pool and Turunc bay, and one to the back with a views of the olive grove and mountains. Each apartment has outside table and chairs.
The upper apartment has a similar layout, with the three bedrooms on the top level. All three of these bedrooms have balconies with fantastic unspoilt views.
The kitchen, dining room & lounge have two balconies, one to the front & one to the back with an identical layout to the lower apartment.
The apartments are well fitted out with the usual appliances such as hairdryer, T.V with DVD, audio system and washing machine. The kitchens are fully equipped with oven & hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, iron & ironing board.
All bedding, sheets & towels are provided. If you require a change of bedding during your stay, this can be arranged at a fee of £30.00.
Our friends at the Antik Restaurant can help you should you require any further assistance with the apartments or things like tours, boat trips, etc.
If you wish to book, please telephone us on 01923 230901 or 07702 722049 & we will see if the dates you require are available. We offer a discount for second or third weeks booked and require a deposit of £100.00 per week booked. The balance must be received 6 weeks before departure. If the same party books both properties, a further discount will be available.
Transfers between Dalaman Airport & the apartments can be arranged for a fee. Car hire can also be arranged from around £25.00 per day.
Please note that any damages caused during your stay must be reported and paid for.
