Parque Residence is a newly built block of apartments 50 m from the beach. The apartment is located in bloc A on the side of the listed hotel building with garden.
The bedroom has a double bed, 2 bedside tables and fitted wardrobes. We also provided a radio-alarm clock.
The modern bathroom has a bath with shower over it, basin, toilet and bidet.
The spacious hall has a 3-door fitted wardrobe, and a chest of drawers.

The living room features 2 leather two-seated sofas (one is a sofa bed), coffee table, TV and DVD/CD player
The fully fitted kitchen has following appliances:
Large fridge/freezer - Microwave - Electric touch-control hob - Oven - Washing machine/dryer
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is also a kettle and toaster, as well as an iron, iron board and clothing airier.
The breakfast table seats 4 people.

control
Bedlinen and towels (not towels for the swimming pool) are included in the price.
Details outdoors:
The swimming pool is private to the Parque Residence apartment blocs and can only be accessed by its residents. There is also a small swimming pool for children.
In the courtyard you can relax in the evening sun.
The basement car park, controlled by secure remote control, provides a safe parking for your car. Each apartment has its own dedicated parking space.
The Silver Coast is Portugal's up and coming area. It is easily accessed from Lisbon (+/- 1 hour drive - 100km), or from Porto (+/- 2 hour drive).
Both airports can be reached from the UK by low cost airlines.
Saô Martinho has a lot of shops, bars and restaurants and a daily fresh market.
Caldas da Rainha (is a bigger town only 16km away) has a lot of banks, shops, supermarkets, etc..
