cancellation due to illness etc.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival, or full amount if booking is made 6 weeks prior to holiday.

Book into the villa on arrival after 4.00.pm and vacate by 10.00am on last day of holiday to allow for cleaning for the next guest.
A €10 deposit for key, which will be refunded when leaving. Please telephone agent - Emilia on 00351 960025354 giving approx.
time of arrival. If going for an evening meal or drink before booking into the villa when you will be late, please let Emilia know so that she
can arrange for the handover of the key. Emilia is Portuguese, but speaks English.
