The 4 bedrooms are all with double beds and 2 of them are en-suite.
One the ground floor you can find the spacious kitchen with an amazing original furniture and full equipped (fridge with big freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster). Right beside the kitchen there is the living/dinning room with a big door to the pool and equipped with satellite TV, DVD and mini snooker table.
A big bathroom on the ground floor is just beside one of the bedrooms, the other stays in front of it. To complete the ground floor there is a laundry room fully equipped.
On the 1st floor stay the 2 en-suite rooms, both of them with a big bacony where the amazing view or the sunset can be appreciated. From here you can even see the sea.
The garden has 1700 square meters and its very rich with different types of trees and plants, from Mangos to Oranges trees its all there.
On the garden stays also the big pool with 2 showers.
Its also possible to park inside the house 2/3 cars
