The villa is situated in the North of the Island of Malta in a village called Mellieha. The villa consists of 3 apartments. There is 1 x 2 bedrooms and 2 x 3 bedrooms apartment. The 2 bedroom and 1 of the 3 bedroom interconnect to make one whole floor while the other 3 bedroom is groundfloor which makes it ideal for elderly people or in wheelchair also for families with young children. The villa can be rented either as a whole villa with private pool or as individual apartments with sharing pool.
There is a BBQ near pool. Umbrellas and sunloungers surrounds the pool. Close to all shops,bars,restaurants,supermarkets,etc. Sandy beach in Mellieha Bay is only 5 mins away with bus or car or 10 mins on foot.
A mature garden is round the villa which gives it a total privacy. plenty of parking outside the villa although a car is not a necessity as we are very close to the shops.
