The house is located on the top of a hill in a dominating and peaceful position with a wonderful view overlooking the village, the sea, the woods, and the Massaciuccoli Lake where Puccini composed his famous operas. On clear days, you can enjoy the view of the islands of Gorgona, Capraia, Elba and Corsica.

The house is surrounded by a garden, part of which is an equipped lawn and another part is a natural meadow with century-old trees like olive trees, cypresses and holms-oaks.
