If you like visiting beautiful places , you must visit Ostuni, the so called " white town". Situated on the Murges coast on old messapic settlements the storic centre is called "Rione Terra" and is defined by Aragonese ramparts, characterised by white houses.
The narrow streets and small stairs framed by arches and vaults, the small ledges and the white walls create a magical atmosphere that takes you to a place where time doesn't exist!!
Every part of the town deserves a visit as it is all very unique and interesting in its own way:
• The late gothic Cathedral of 1400. The interior is predominantly Baroque. In a chapel on the right there's a Jacopo Palma's picture.
• St. Maria Maddalena's church
• St. Biagio and St. Oronzo's Sanctuary
• The Church of Annunziata that still keep Veronesi's deposition

Castellana's caves are well known thanks to such names as: the Black cave, the Precipice's cave, the Angel's cave, the White cave, Crystal's small lake.
The valley of Itria, this is a pleasant plain scattered with "Trulli" and farms. It has an altitude of 400 metres.
Martina Franca, Locorotondo and Cisternino, typical Apulian towns for their architecture, are characterized for their stone culture, for the structure of their walls and for their white fronts.
Alberobello, the city of "Trulli" (picturesque stone houses) at about 25 km from Ostuni and situated in the hills. It's distrait of "Trulli", Monti and Aia Piccola, are declared national monuments, they are a wonderful show also for the beautiful "Sovrano trullo", which has just two floors. LECCE is also called the Florence of the south due to its "up class and well to do feeling and is just 75 km from Ostuni.

The natural surroundings make the villa very tranquil and peaceful especially at night as you hear only the songs and sounds of the local wildlife. It also creates a safe environment for young children. Furthermore an inflatable paddling pool will be available for use which holds up to 4 children!

The area offers many cultural and historical attractions, including the "Sagra dei vecchi tempi", "la festa patronale" (parade of horsemen in traditional costume). Furthermore there are many archaeological attractions to see not to mention the many opportunities for excursions around the area and facilities for horse riding, trekking, mountain biking and swimming. And with the sea being just 10km away the choice of things to see and do is overwhelming! There is an abundance of lovely typical restaurants offering exquisite sea food dishes etc and of course pasta and pizza dishes catering for all tastes and pockets. Regarding the beaches they are sandy and clean and suitable for swimming for all ages.
