Coachmans Cottage is an individual, spacious, single storey, circa 18thC., beamed cottage, tastefully furnished in traditional style, with log fires for cosy winter evenings. It is situated in a quiet lane off the village green, only a short walk from the pub which serves food, and the old-fashioned community shop with a coffee bar Steeple Ashton is one of the prettiest unspoiled villages in this area, dating back to the 15th C when it was a thriving market town based on the wool trade , with many original properties still remaining. The imposing church, known as a pocket Cathedral, still dominates the village today.
