There is a rear door that leads from the 1st floor onto a lovely raised sundeck with patio furniture and barbecue and access to the lawned garden.
There is a small outside laundry room containing second fridge, washing machine and tumbledryer.
This really is a great place for all whether you enjoy walks, cycling, exploring the medieval towns of the area or the fabulous beaches and fishing villages or for just totally chilling out with a glass of wine.

Because its just 20 minutes drive from Dinard Airport which ryanair fly to from Birmingham, East Midlands, Bristol and Exeter it makes it an excellent choice for long weekend breaks, especially in the winter when you can throw some logs on the log burner and put your feet up.
