All furnishing are new and in traditional colours and pine. Lounge has comfortable seating for 4,sofa can also be used as either 2 single beds or 1 double, Pine dining table will seat 6. There is also for clients use tv/video, CD stereo system. Storage is plentiful. Kitchenette is compact but well planned offering modern equipment, includes 4 ring hob, multifunction oven with microwave, dishwasher, fridge with small freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, iron and board all utensils and crockery are plentiful and new. The bedroom has double bed with choice of either blankets or kingsize quilt, over-bed lighting and fitted wardrobes, window to view outside gardens. Full size bunk-beds in hallway can be closed off to make private cabine sleeps 2. Bathroom has bath over shower and separate.
