2 room apartment on the first floor of a charming pink house situated in the picturesque area of Mouzaia Street. Close to the Buttes-Chaumont park. The apartment is quiet, with two windows overlooking our courtyard. Il has been completely renovated last spring (2005) and is loaded in a modern style. Access secured (digicode).


Calm and very peaceful area, perfect point of departure for visits and Paris discovery. The area is made of typical houses built in the beginning of XXè century.
Our courtyard haven is a 10 mn walk from lively, popular, authentic Paris neighborhood, allowing a quiet and relaxing stay after busy sightseeing. It's also close to trendy restaurants and the lively Belleville area (10 mn walk). Very easy access to several metro, bus and taxis stations. Many points of interest are within walking distances.
2 metro stations are close to the apartment : Danube (3 mn walk) and Botzaris (5 mn walk). Place des fêtes (10 mn walk).
