You enter into a roomy living/dining room with the chimney breast centre of the room ready for those roaring winter fires there is also central heating, the kitchen leads off from the living room offering space to cook & chat with your aperetif over our bar aread, there is also a fridge/freezer, washing machine, gas hob and electric oven and large butler sink. This opens onto the garden 1990 metres squared of flat garden, great for running around, with a superb palm tree over looking the pool. Plenty of space to have barbeques, play boule or table tennis. There are 2 push bicycles you can use to go into town which only takes 10minutes by bike 5minutes by car or 25minutes by foot. Here you have the medieval village "Haute de cagne" which has gorgeous restaurants and bars and extremely friendly a plaza with boule looking towards the alps and sunset. The beach, Cote D'Azur is 10minutes walk from town, 40minutes from the house by foot, 15minutes by bike, 10minutes by car. Here there are great beaches nearby is the racing course, plenty of cafes and restaurants, showers and lifeguards overlooking the bathers. Or scuba dive and snorkel amongst the marine life especially off Cap D'Antibes. You are 1hour and 20minutes to the nearest ski resort 'Auron' 1800metres high and 'Isola' 2000metres high only 1hour and 30minute away both with plenty to chose from. Renoir's house is nearby or to visit the spectacular villages in the Alps such as St Paul de Vence, St Jeannet only 20minutes away.
