Our beautifull detached villa has two spacious bedrooms, one twin bedroom and one double, both with built in wardrobes and heaters for the winter. There is also a single foldaway bed for a 5th person

There is a fully fitted kitchen including oven and hob with fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster and all crockery and utensils.

The lounge dining room is well decorated and equipped with table and 4 chairs, 2 sofas, rug, coffee table wall mounted electric heating, TV, CD/radio.

There is a small balcony to the front of the villa and a large rooftop solarium. There is shaded terrace to the front on the ground floor and the sunny private terrace to the side.

Bathroom 1 is fully tiled with a bath with shower over, wc, bidet and mirror. Bathroom 2 is also fully tiled with a built in free standing shower, wc and mirror.

There is patio furniture and an umbrella on the ground floor terrace.

The beautiful Mar Menor and Mediterranean beaches are a short drive away. The Mar Menor is the largest saltwater lagoon in Europe and has 28 kms of sandy beaches.

The nearest beaches include San Pedro del Pinatar, Santiago De La Ribera, Lo Pagan and Los Alcazares, all just 15 minutes by car. The shallow non-tidal waters of the Mar Menor make it an excellent choice for families with small children. Water sports are also available.

Many golf courses in the area including the recently built Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort which is 3 minutes drive away.

Murcia (San Javier) airport 15 mins by car. Alicante 55 minutes by car. Car hire recommended.

Apartment overlooks the village of Sucina which is 1 minute's walk away. 15 minutes to local beaches. 30 minutes to historical cities such as Murcia and Cartagena. Waterparks at Torrevieja (25 mins).

Sucina is ideal if you want a holiday away from the hustle and bustle of mass tourism and yet it is within easy reach of local resorts, golf courses and places of interest.
