La Zenia stretches from the blue flag beach back towards Villa Martin Golf Course and is one of the most sought after golf courses on the Costa Blanca there are 2 other golf courses within 15-20mins.

The apartment has a very sunny balcony but if you would like some shade our front garden is a very cool place to relax in but also catches the morning sun and is ideal for evening BBQ'S.

On a Saturday morning there is a market in Playa Flamenca which is within walking distance about 20 minutes, but 5 minutes by car. There is a market at Guadamar on a Wednesday Morning which is about 20 minutes drive where there is a nice town and more lovely Beaches.
