CASA VENTURA is a traditional village house with it own courtyard and a very large roof terrace with Splash Pool over looking the village and the surrounding countryside.
The house has a open plan lounge and kitchen. the kitchen opens on to the courtyard where you can eat and relax.
The bedroom has twin beds and a en-suite bathroom with shower, the bedroom also has a safe and ceiling fan making it cool in summer time, the room has a balcony over looking the village.
The lounge has a bed settee , table and chairs , T.V. D.V.D (satellite ) and c.d player , it has a ceiling fan also. It is a traditional house but has been updated to give it all modern facilities making it a lovely place to come and enjoy the spanish way of life.
The terrace is large and has ample sun-loungers, chairs, tables and a large pergola for shade, perfect for sun lovers.We have also just added a "Splash Pool" ideal for cooling down in the summer heat.
The veiws are stunning.
The village of IZNATE is a quiet village with a out-door swimming pool and resturant, there are shops selling local products and a bakery, Bars that serve local food and drinks and a bar with internet access.The village has steep narrow roads with traditional white houses decked with jasmine and flowers the people are very freindly and welcoming
The house is at the top of the village and is not suitable for anyone with walking problems.
We always meet our guest's and take them direct to the house, a welcome pack of food is alway supplied and we are close by to help in anyway.
The coast is just 15 minutes drive where there are lots of bar and resturants outdoor cinema , shops, water park and lots more.
Golf courses are just 15 minutes drive, horse riding , water sports.
