Heating is provided by electric radiators. Because of the cost of heating and in order to keep the price reasonable, in general, the property is not available during the months of December,January and February unless the renter is prepared to pay extra. Heating at other times is included in the price.
Please be aware that being in the country you may experience the occasional power cut and low water pressure. There are candles to cater for the first eventuality (have a romantic meal!).Water from the natural spring in front of the house will help towards the 2nd one.
