The house is built from traditional Mallorcan stone; however, the interior has a fresh contemporary living accommodation decorated with fabulous modern art. You enter into the living room, with its sitting and dining areas, complete with satellite tv and dvd player. Leading from the living area is a bright, fully fitted kitchen (with dishwasher).

There is a second sitting room, with cupboard space, which is adjacent to a bathroom with walk in shower. From here there are two twin bedded rooms, one with en suite bathroom and patio doors onto the pool terrace. The master bedroom with its full en suite bathroom is located via an inner entrance hall, adjacent to the main living area.

Large patio doors from the living space create a light feel and provide access to the terrace, swimming pool and gardens. Outside the sun terrace is designed to take full advantage of the Mallorcan sun, with ample room for dining and sunbathing. There is a large covered dining area, complete with built-in barbecue, kitchen area and dining table.

The star attraction of the villa is without a doubt the superb 10m swimming pool, with its separate Jacuzzi. This is surrounded by chequerboard decking and the gardens. In addition, there is a toilet and shower, for use after a swim.
