Ideal and quiet situation near Palma:
The Finca-Chalet is situated in a quiet, countryside village, where are only private villas, chalets and fincas but no hotel buildings etc., in only 10 minutes by car you are in the center of the hectic but very beautiful capital city Palma and in 10 minutes by car you find the sea and several beaches.
Description of the Finca-Chalet:
The main-house and outbuildings have a total expanse of 450 m2, approximately 3000 m2 property-expanse. There are 7 bedrooms for 14 persons, 4 baths, a living room with open chimney and extensive Majorca-library, a great, perfectly equipped kitchen, a big pantry with three cooler - and refrigerators, shelves and storage areas, two gardens with camp fire-place, hammocks to relax, a big pool (11 m length x 6 m width x 2,40 m depth), with baby-pool, trampoline, children slope, garden-furniture, many comfortable sunbathe-day-beds, parasols, arbor, solar-shower with hot water.
The life takes place in the kitchen or in the roofed, romantic guest-garden of the inner courtyard with torches, candles, (BBQ-Grill and Paella cooking ware available), and many garden-furnitures. Parking places in the inner courtyard for up to 10 cars, the entire estate is enclosed (absolutely children-safe!). For the children there are lots of toys, swinger etc, a mens bicycle, a lady-bicycle, children bicycle, TV, German SAT-Programme, Spanish TV, mini-safe, DVD and CD-Player, Highspeed WLAN-WIFI-Internet and telephone free-of-charge into 17 countries of Europe for all guests!!!!
Approach to the Finca-Chalet - with the taxi, bus or rental cars:
- Taxi-approach.
The fare is approximately 30 Euro (4 persons), 10 - 15 minutes travel time. Information requests and reservations you may be able to make on-line: mallorcataxidotcom. At the airport Palma de Majorca you will see directly at the right side a big parking place with a well organized taxi-stand where sufficient cars are awaiting for you around the clock . The taxis are normally correct and cheap in Spain. The tariffs are obvious in several languages in the taxi. Keep an eye on it that the taxameter is switched on by the taxi-driver with the departure.
- Approach with public means of transportation.
The fare is altogether approximately 4 Euro per person and lasts about 60 - 90 minutes. You climb into the big, blue bus line No. 1 at the bus stop, which is immediately at the exit of the airport after the first conveyor belt on the right side, and travel up to the stop of the main train station, the " Estacion Intermodal Plaza Espana ", in approximately 20 minutes. The bus departs every 10 minutes at the airport. There you transfer to the quick-track line Palma-Inca-Manacors and travel to Pont d' Inca Nou in 10 minutes. In " Pont d' Inca Nou " transfer from the quick-track into the red-yellow Express-Bus No. 302 or 302A and travel up to the stop Son Daviu / Es Garrovers " in 15 minutes. The small bus stop is about 50 m away from the Finca-Chalet and is beside several conspicuous old-material-recycling-collective-receptacles.
- Rental Car: The rental cars you may receive at the airport in the park-garage, we necessarily recommend the reservation through the Internet with email-car-hire.com or doyouspain.com. This are the most inexpensive car-renters for years. On demand you may print out yourself an approach plan from the airport up to the Finca-Chalet at home (for example over map24.com). Rates for rental car are very CHEAP in Majorca, check it out: In winter up from 11 Euro/day up to in the summer 16 Euro/day with our recommended online booking internet companies. Normal companies costs the double and tripple per day.
Conditions:
All current overheads like power, gas, waste disposal, water, heating, pool-maintenance, air-conditioning cold/warm, central-heating are included in the rent. High Speed Internet Access ADSL 3 MB/sec. with WLAN-Repeater and Telephone into 17 European countries free-of -charge. The end-cleaning will cost 300 Euro for the entire estate, 1000 Euro are to be deposited as safety deposit.
